Amalpithar Pak

Method Of Preparation

• Mix in the same amount of Dry Ginger (Shunthi) powder as for all other powders combined, and Mishri (rock sugar) twice the amount for all others combined.
• Mix all of the above with four times the amount of cow’s milk and make a herbal jam (Pāk) using the conventional Ayurvedic process.
• Keep it in a clean glass jar or a smooth, non-reactive container.
